Tanit Trails - Cusco, PeruPeru is a country of unique places, which together present an indescribable array of colors. Few places in the world combine three largely different geographical regions in such a harmonious way. This geographical diversity provides a unique mix of cultures and one of the world’s largest concentrations of flora and fauna. A coast of deserts and valleys, the Andes and the immensity of the Amazon Jungle, represent an endless and beautiful source of colors. He who loves colors, must visit Peru at least once in his life.

Tanit Trails - Cusco, PeruYour host and guide for this trip will be one of Peru’s best-known photographers of nature and popular culture. He will accompany and guide you on each destination, helping you capture the best images and colours. This route has been designed for you to be in the right place and at the right time in order to witness, with the best light possible, events that only take place at specific hours. Everyday, you will have time to evaluate the photos taken and receive professional advice on how to improve your photographic technique.

Tanit Trails - Cusco, PeruDuring the trip you will be lead to discover the coast of the rich Peruvian sea, whose low temperatures create a surprisingly desert-like climate, home to the ancient cultures of the Chimú, Moche and Paracas. You will not leave the coast before visiting the colonies of sea lions on the Ballestas Islands and flying over the world famous Nazca lines. Leaving the sea behind, you will travel to the white city of Arequipa, where you will see condors in the Colca Canyon and enter the high plateau to visit the highest navigable lake in the world. Further on, you will feel the magic of the city of Cusco and above all the impressive citadel of Machu Picchu. The tropical rain-forest is the final destination. There you will navigate along the magnificent Tambopata River and walk among the colossal Chiuauacos, while the most exotic and stealthy species of animals watch you go by.
